AHA HEARTCODE PALS

HeartCode® PALS Online MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE ATTENDING SKILL THE SESSION.

HeartCode® PALS Online is a self-directed, comprehensive eLearning program that uses adaptive learning technology to allow learners to acquire and demonstrate Advanced Cardiac Life Support skills using a personalized learning path that adapts in real time to a learner’s performance. The program is designed for healthcare professionals who need Advanced Cardiac Life Support training for their clinical duties. HeartCode® ACLS Online consists of a cognitive portion that is completed online

Access to the ACLS Provider Manual eBook is included with HeartCode ACLS. You will be able to access the Provider Manual from within the course.

 SKILLS SESSION $100.00

A separate psychomotor skills assessment using voice assisted manikins with real-time audio and visual feedback or a skills assessment with an AHA Instructor is required to earn a valid AHA ACLS Provider eCard that is valid for two years.

AHA ACLS/BLS PROVIDER COMBO - SKILLS SESSION AFTER COMPLETION OF HEARTCODE ACLS and BLS ONLINE COURSES

Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode ACLS and then complete a hands-on skills session with an AHA ACLS Instructor or a HeartCode compatible manikin.

AHA HEARTCODE BLS ONLINE COURSE SOLD SEPARTELY. 

HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s blended learning delivery method for the BLS Course. HeartCode blended learning delivers quality resuscitation education regardless of where providers are located and gives them more control to complete the course at their own pace. Providers first complete the online portion of HeartCode BLS and then complete a hands-on skills session with an AHA BLS Instructor or on a simulation station.

The AHA’s Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course is designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or anyone who wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting.

Online course is taught in a blended learning format. Students must complete the online portion, followed by the hands-on skills session conducted by an American Heart Association Training Center instructor. Students who successfully complete the online course and skills session (sold separately), will receive a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Course Completion card, valid for two years. 

Notify your place of employment to comfirm whether you should include FA with your CPR AED class.
